I am so jazzed ladies. This week I have strengthened my knee to the point where I think I may be able to afford a slow jog. I would love to be able to run a bit - but really would like to be able to simply just walk three miles in 36 minutes. I had at one point gotten it to 40 minutes...
Today I biked 7.2 miles and it felt great. Walked yesterday 3 miles and the day before - for about 40 minutes at a good clip with Claudia:-) Mira, we are going to get your stamina up - we are getting closer:-) Ladies, get on line and share! This is fun and I like the mild accountability it gives me. Happy Memorial Day weekend. Remember our troops - past and present. It is why we are able to get out and exercise...
